Hi how long does it take to import transactions from your bank

After you connect with the bank, it automatically imports your transactions. This process may take a few minutes, depending on the number of transactions from your bank, @nicciconybeare.

QuickBooks downloads up to 90 days of transactions automatically. However, some banks may offer a longer history. For older transactions, you can manually download them in CSV format. If the transactions exceed the allowable limit, adjust the date range and download them in smaller batches.

After the transactions are successfully imported, you can categorise bank transactions in QB Sole Trader based on how you have categorized similar transactions in the past.
