Hi, keep getting "Your HSBC Bank (UK) - Busi.. connection has expired" - i fallow recconnect steps and all goes fine. But then its back to banking page with same msg.

Hello there, 1st-jsrl. 

 

A browser-related issue might have caused the error to prompt again. We can try logging in to a private browser and update or reconnect the bank. After that, we can sign out an sign back in still using the private browser. If it looks fine, we can switch back to the main browser and clear the stored cache files that caused the unexpected behavior. Other browsers can also help us in getting rid of banking errors. You can either use Google Chrome, Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox. 

 

You can use these keyboard shortcuts in opening a private browser: 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P
