Hi my bank payments are not updating on the baking screen I have taken orders and payments but they are not showing on the screen the last date was 06/11 thank you

Do you have any error messages or codes showing up at all on your banking page?

Have you tried to refresh your account? 

Can you do some troubleshooting clear your cache and cookies, close the browser down, reload it, log into your account, and see if the transaction then show up?
