If you have done a reconcile and you need to remove/delete it to start again, only an accountant has the tool to be able to do this for you. So you would need to reach out to your accountant , get them to find you in there client list and then they will be able to remove that reconcile for you to then be able to do it all over again. There is no other way to do it I'm afraid.
