Its possible this is due to a cache issue which is retaining the information which you've entered previously, are you able to try clearing the cache on your browser for all time to test this?
Does the same happen if you try and create the transaction on a different browser?
I wouldn't have thought that would have mattered as we use it in the app? I have since been in touch with someone from QB and they said it is an issue that they have and cannot be resolved unless changed with an updated program
