how do i add a company credit card to quickbooks to still see what i'm spending

I now have a company credit card which i will make all expensive out of, how can i add it to quickbooks as well as the bank which all my invoices are paid into?

You can connect your credit card on the Bank Transactions page, Pa32. To save time and minimize manual data entry.

 

Here’s how to set it up:

 

  1. Go to Bank Transactions and click Link account.
  2. Select your credit card and click Let’s go.
  3. Review the terms and click Agree.
  4. Log in with your online banking credentials and complete any required security steps.
  5. Choose the accounts you want to connect to your credit card.
  6. Optionally, add a custom account name (you can rename it later).
  7. Select the start date for importing transactions.
  8. Click Connect, then Done.
