How do i clear my balance. It doesn't match my transactions?

Can we just confirm, so we can give you the best answer for your situation, are you asking about banking transactions that do not show as a match and how to find a match for them? Are they transactions you do have in Quickbooks or are you looking to add them or should they not be included? Thanks
