You're referring to deleting or cancelling your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, correct? If so, please refer to the steps below:
In QBO, go to the Gear icon at the top right to get to the Account and Settings.
Click the Billing and subscription tab at the left pane, then choose Cancel subscription or Cancel online in the QuickBooks section.
Follow the on-screen instructions, then select Submit and cancel subscription.
Hit Got it to complete the process.
