You can cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription if you no longer want to use the account. You'll have view-only access to your data for 12 months and be able to re-subscribe at any point.
The cancellation process will depend on where you've purchased the product.
For a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store:
Go to the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Select your Name to access your Apple ID.
Select Subscriptions, then QuickBooks Online.
Click Cancel.
For a subscription purchases through Google Play Store:
Go to the Play Store app.
Select the Profile icon.
Select Payments & subscriptions, then select Subscriptions.
Select the QuickBooksOnline app.
On the Manage subscriptions window, select Cancel subscription.
