How do i manually imput figures from previous tax year with out it affecting this year, i have swapped from sage & cant import information

Moving your previous tax year from Sage to QuickBooks Online can only be done with just a few easy steps, belindabot.

You can use data switcher to help the transition of your data from Sage to QuickBooks Online as smooth as possible. There may be some limitations with the conversion, for Value Added Tax (VAT), this will be converted as a line item. This gives you a higher quality conversion that closes financially. However, you need to do a post check step for your first VAT report. This is a one time process.

Another way to transfer your previous tax year is to search for a third-party app online that will help you transfer the information.
