How do I move bank account from Self employed to QB on line . I have turned the bank off in self employed it’s stating I can’t use this bank as it’s already connected ?

QuickBooks Online is a different platform. Even if this bank is connected with QuickBooks Self-Employed, you can still connect it to your QBO account.

Let's double check if the bank is not yet connected in QBO. On the Banking page, check the Bank and Cards drop-down if the bank is already added. If confirmed that it's not yet there, let's contact QuickBooks support. We'll be able to check your account and see what's causing the error.

Here's how:

1. Click the Help icon.
2. Click Contact us.
3. Enter bank says it's already connected, then click Let's talk.
4. Select from Start messaging or Get a callback.
