I am trying to import data (bills) and it is saying that some of the line accounts dont exist. Where can I add these?

I have some insights to share about importing bills in QuickBooks Online.

When importing data like bills in QBO, you'll need to make sure that the accounts were added to the system already. This way, you can map and match the details easily.

Moreover, before importing the bills make sure that your mapping is correct. Know that the system will only accept a .CSV file that contains the following columns:

• Bill no.
• Supplier
• Bill Date
• Due Date
• Account
• Line Amount
• Line Tax Code
