I've got you covered with connecting your bank to QuickBooks Online (QBO), @summerchalk01-gm.
You should be able to link NatWest bank to QBO. Since you can't connect it, I'd recommend replicating the steps through a private window to narrow down the result. Sometimes stored cache from your browser can cause unexpected behaviour while working with QuickBooks.
You can use either of these keyboard shortcuts to save you time:
Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Shift + N
If that works, go back to the regular browser, and clear its cache. Otherwise, open a different browser that's available for you.
Once your bank is connected, the program will automatically download your most recent transactions. From the Banking page, you can now review and categorise them.
Please feel free to leave a comment below if you have any other banking questions. I'll be right here to help. Have a great weekend!
