I can't get QuickBooks to connect with my virgin business account I had no issues when it was Clydeside Bank No option to connect

It is a new connection your doing with virgin or is it a reconnection your trying to do? When you try and connect it up do you get any error messages or codes showing up at all? In Quickbooks you can connection to Virgin money (Available now Classic and Essentials accounts can be connected). Are you doing the connection on the quickbooks app version or the web browser version?
