I have been trying to update HSBC business connection. QBO say they resolved and they havent. Ref xxxxxxxxx

As I've checked from our records, I found an open investigation (INV-42733) for the banks that are not supported for open banking. This includes HSBC Channel Islands which you need to manually import your bank transactions to bring them to QuickBooks Online. However, HSBC is now available for open banking. 

At this time our engineers are continuously updating our bank feeds to comply with the new Open Banking regulations. For the lists of bank accounts available on open banking, check out this article.
