You can exclude the categorized transactions to permanently delete them before disconnecting the bank account, Alim.

To exclude a categorized transaction, here’s how:

  1. In the left menu, choose Transactions and select Bank transactions.
  2. Select the bank tile for the account you want to disconnect.
  3. Select the Categorised tab.
  4. Select the checkbox of the transactions to exclude.
  5. Click the Undo button.
  6. Go to the For Review tab.
  7. Select the checkbox of the transactions to exclude.
  8. Select Exclude.

After that, to disconnect your bank account from the Bank transactions page, follow these steps:

  1. Select the bank account you need to disconnect.
  2. Choose the pencil icon and click Edit account info.
  3. Check the Disconnect this account on save box.
  4. Once done, click Save and Close.
