I have transactions from 1 Jan 2025. I need from 1 November 2024. Is there anyway I get reset the start dates to get those first 3 months?

You can ask your client to download CSV files for their bank transactions for November and December 2024 from their online banking portal, as the start date for the connected bank feed in QuickBooks Online cannot be reset, stephaniefcca.

Once the file is ready, ensure it's in the correct format before uploading. Here's how to import the transactions:

1. Go to the Transactions menu and select Bank transactions.
2. Select the blue tile for the account, click the Link account ▼ dropdown, and choose Upload from file.
3. Drag and drop the downloaded file, then click Continue.
4. Select the account to which you want to upload the transactions, then click Continue.
5. Match the file columns with QuickBooks fields and click Continue.
6. Review and select the transactions to import, then click Continue.
7. Confirm by clicking Yes, then select Done.
