I have tried connecting my account multiples times and have received emails confirming, but still not connected or showing my bank balance. Tried connecting thru bank etc

Beforehand, may I know what specific banking institution you are trying to integrate with QuickBooks? Have you received any specific error messages when trying to connect? Are the confirmation emails from your bank or from us? Any additional information would be much appreciated.

 

When integrating your bank with QuickBooks, it’s best to ensure you’re using the correct URL and logging in with the correct credentials.

 

If the same thing happens, you can visit your bank’s website to check for any ongoing maintenance or server issues. To confirm this, I suggest contacting your financial institution to see if there are notifications regarding downtime errors.

In the meantime, you can manually upload your bank transactions to your account. To do this, you’ll have to download the transactions from your bank's website in a CSV file format. Then, import these transactions once ready.
