hsbc and first direct. I was told yesterday by your help desk that there was an ongoing investigation and that i would not be able to connect until i had an email. I asked if the banking was secure. I was not told it was secure just that the investigation was ongoing . On that basis I've stopped my connections and informed my accountant.
Hello Laura42 👋 If you're unable to get a connection using 'other accounts' you can use a CSV file upload to bring over your transactions. We're aware of the frustrations caused by this issue and are working to resolve the Connection and if you have been attached to the investigation you will be notified when resolved via email. Thanks
