Let's work together and connect your bank account, @n-peach151081-gm.
Would you mind sharing the name of the bank you're trying to connect with? This way, I can look into it and provide you the fix. Any additional details can help us narrow things down.
In the meantime, you can manually upload your bank transaction. I'll show you how:
Sign in to your bank’s website and follow your bank’s steps to download your transactions as a CSV file.
Follow any on-screen instructions to finish the download.
Once done, sign in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account. Go to the Gear icon and select Imports.
Select Import older transactions for the account you want to add transactions to.
Click Browse and find the file you downloaded from your bank.
Select the file and click Open to start the import.
I'd also recommend contacting your bank and verify if there are any issues on their end. Changes made from them can also affect the connection between your QBSE account.
If you're using the QBSE mobile app, I propose performing these troubleshooting steps orderly:
Make sure you're connected to the internet.
Ensure the App is up-to-date.
Log out and log in back to refresh the application.
Restart/Reboot your mobile device.
Clear or Refresh the app data (you can search online for the detailed steps depending on your mobile device).
Uninstall and reinstall the app.
You're always welcome in the Community space whenever you have other queries about connecting your bank or with your account. I'll be here always ready to help you anytime. Stay safe and have a good one!
