I’ve closed a couple of accounts with my bank how do I delete these or close them on the app or the website

You can inactivate an account in QuickBooks Online (QBO) but you can't permanently delete them. This is designed to make sure existing transactions remains on your financial report for your books to remain accurate.

Here's how to inactivate an account when logging in to a browser:

1. Go to Accounting.
2. Select Chart of Accounts.
3. Find the account you want to delete.
4. Select the Action drop down and select Make inactive.
