We can start checking if your bank account has been connected to the program. To do this, I'd recommend accessing your QBO account in a private browser or other compatible browsers in QuickBooks. Once you get in there, double-check the linked accounts.
If none of the synced accounts are showing, it could be that they were not linked successfully. Let's ensure that everything will go through when connecting bank accounts to QuickBooks. Stay in a different browser and reconnect the account. You can use any of the following:
Google Chrome
Mozilla Firefox. Note: To preview and print forms on Mac OS, you'll also need the Firefox PDF plugin.
Microsoft Edge
Safari 11 or newer (Mac only)
Once it's fixed, you can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. This prevents QuickBooks from unusual behavior.
