Everything was working fine up until monday 15 july and is still not working 27 july.

I am struggling to get Barclays Personal Feed to work with QB Self EmployedIt lets me into the Barclays and lets me put in the pinsensory, it appears to attempt to connect but then errors. Are there any known bugs with Barclays Only set up QB today BTW

My income is not accurate on my profit and loss report. I have been matching income from banking as well as clearing payment from invoices. Am I doing this wrong ? Should I only be working from the bank feed ? Thank you 

Hi,I am having issues reconnecting my Amex account to QB Online. It asks me to reconnect, which I do and it states that connection is successful. I then have a message appear saying 'Reconnect my Account' (screenshot attached). Nothing about our Amex account has changed, so wondering if there is an issue with QB Online because when redirected to Amex for the login details, it says its fine. How do I rectify this issue please? Thanks.

I seriously can't remember the last time QBSE worked properly!There's an open banking issue between QB and the Coop Bank that's been rumbling on for years now.For a while now, EVERY time I log in to QBSE or open the QB app, Coop Bank sends me an OTP. As much as this is annoying, I need it to download the transaction history.Now, Coop Bank have stopped sending QB the codes. They work if I'm banking normally but nothing is coming through for the QB app or QB login online.Downloading csv files is laborious and not efficient especially when QB has problems importing or even uploading them. Why am I paying full price each month for something that doesn't work?

Hi, I have accidently paid one of our suppliers twice around 10 days apart from each other. The supplier has now refunded me for one of the payments and I am unsure how to record this on Quickbooks if anyone can help.  Thanks.
