I only have import vendors or add vendor.
Loses connection after a few weeks. Still not connected
Prior to disconnection QBO showed the last bank account update as being 30 July.
I can’t link my virgin business bank account in browser.When I try to link my account on my computer it takes me to the virgin current account log in page, it won’t recognise my log into details because it’s a business account.When I try it on my phone it takes me to my app so it allows me to log in but when it sends my back to QBO to finish it’s just a blank page and my bank account hasn’t been added, although it shows it’s connected on my bank account.I’ve been trying for days to sort this out and it’s becoming so stressful.Hopefully someone can help me.
Our account has only recently been linked too QB. The difference needs to go to bank charges but I can't find an option to do this.
Although Payoneer is listed as an Open banking connection available in Quickbooks, additionally this connection worked historically, after being forced to re-connect the open banking link in March by QBO I have been unable to reconnect. Has anybody found a work around as transactions are backing up that I need to reconcile ? Quickbooks support send me these mails every 2 weeks (and have done for 3 months now ! : "We are currently aware of the frustration caused by issues with connection to Payoneer Bank. Users are seeing error "this account stopped syncing because there's a new way to connect it. To fix this, go to the bank or account site in the window we open. Sign in, then return here. (350)" when authorizing the bank feed in QuickBooks Our banking engineers are working to identify the cause and resolve the issue.", why is Payoneer Open Banking connection still advertised on the Quickbooks website as "AVAILABLE" if it is as advertised how do I connect to it please ?
Has anyone managed to connect their bank with the error - Looks like you’re locked out of the Aqua Mastercard (UK) site.Try signing in on your bank’s site to unlock your account. Then return here and try connecting again. (570) According to the bank provider, I have never been locked out of my account. I contacted quickbooks team who gave me multiple solutions which took hours with different browsers, clear cache, incognito mode, etc... but none worked and was told I would be contacted by another team and it was their top priority to solve the case...shortly followed by an email saying your case has been closed with no communication in between and a complaints reference number? I clearly wasn't getting anywhere and with limited time, I fortunately managed to join Xero which connected everything perfectly and got my vat return out on time. I use quickbooks self employed for my receipt logs and self assessment. I have thousands on receipts logged so switching isn't an option fo

Our Santander bank account is not updating, please advise.
We have changed from a sole trader to a limited company and have managed to do everything up to now. The drawings account shows all transactions and wonder what journal entry I would use to reset it to £0 from when we became limited so that all drawings as a sole trader aren't included when running reports, can anyone help me please?
Im sure this is a very simple and basic question that most experienced users will know - I'm new to this accounting stuff
