There is an issue impacting some customers with Open Banking connections. Customers may not be able to add new connections or update transactions in their existing connections. Please drop a comment on this thread, and we can keep you updated with when there is a fix in place.
Bank entries were duplicated, how do I delete them?
can anyone help, I have been messaging quickbooks all day as my Natwest account won't connect to quickbooks its keeps saying technical issue code 572 ...any ideas"It will allow me to select that I won't to use but won't go any further just says technical issue

Since the 90day reauthorisation, Cooperative business bank will not stay connected to my QB account. Yes I reconnected on the app, phone web browser and the laptop. All times it connects to then disconnect a few hours later. I’ve complained to cooperative who wash their hands with it. I’ve been on the phone for hours and hours with QB agents. All of them can see the problem but cannot get it fixed. Often putting blame on the device, platform I’ve tried to reconnect with. I have to connect the accounts every time I use QB. I’m missing transactions through October to November which means my profit and loss is not correct. My entire financial year of book keeping is on QB, with my accountant observing. It’s all about go to [full name removed], if QB doesn’t configure a stable connection with Cooperative bank. I’ve requested a refund for October payment whilst the problem exist. I received an email a while ago stating that the banking system with HSBC specifically we wouldn't need to re-authorise every 90 days after the 19th of October. I've now had to re-authorise twice in two weeks! Although not time consuming could this be another Intuit false promise?
I have been trying renew the connection to my HSBC bank and for a few weeks now it has been saying "We are not able to connect with HSBC Bank (UK) - Personal Banking right now! Please try again later." I have renewed the connection many times in the past with no issue but I have been getting the same error message now for a few weeks!
In the banking window when you match a payment/receipt there is an ADD button. ~What is this for?

Hi, Can someone help with Stripe reconcilliation? For some reason, since 2nd November, if I try to match them, the way we always have, it says an ‘unexpected failure has occurred’. As the payments are net of fees, when matching I make it up to the gross amount and resolve the difference at the bottom, (Stripe Fees, Finance Charge, £ difference, VAT) but it won’t save! Why has it changed since 3rd November? Does anyone have any suggestions? Many thanks, Jane

Greetings! Since yesterday, I can't match the banking transactions to the bills. An error occurred when I tried to match the bills. And I used "Resolving transactions" to record the bank charges. I'm pretty much sure I did it correctly. But I can't save it. When I try to save it, it always occurs the error "An unexpected failure occurred.". Please find the attached screenshots; Can anyone help me to fix this? As I think it should be a bug in QuickBooks. I appreciate any help you can provide.
