Is the connection to HSBC Kinetic account working? I am trying to reconnect but it just gets as far as the approve screen and when I click Agree the spinny circle keeps

If it works fine, you can return to your default browser and clear its cache to start afresh. You can also use another supported and up-to-date browser. The one you're using now may have a temporary issue with QuickBooks Online.
