Is there a way of seeing the date that a banking rule was set up or who set it up?

Hello Userkate-Kennedy, You can in the audit log in the cog in the top right view when rules were set, there is not a filter for the rules but if you scroll down it will show as an added rule and the user when it was added if you have a date when it first applied you could filter around that date to make the search smaller.
