Please try to update the account by signing into a private browsing/incognito window on your browser and going to Banking > Pencil icon on bank account > Edit sign-in info to update.
If the account fails to update following this please let us know which bank provider you are with and if you are prompted with an error code :)
QuickBooks Online (QBO) automatically downloads transactions once connected to your bank account. You can manually update the account to get the missing transactions. Let me guide you how.

Select Update.
Also, we rely on your bank to send us your information. Most banks send us data in less than 30 minutes, hours or even days.
