Is there another way to take off personal/irrelevant transactions such as my food shop, the button exclude does not come up?

Issues like the exclude button not appearing can result from a built-up cache or an outdated app version. To isolate this, you can clear the app's temporary data by following the steps below:

1. Go to Settings, then tap General.
2. Select iPhone Storage, then tap the QuickBooks Online app.
3. Tap Offload App.

In the meantime, you can log into your QuickBooks account using a web browser to exclude those unnecessary transactions.
