My bank account is reconciled but i have one transaction showing up as for review

If the bank balance and QuickBooks balance are the same, it's possible that the transaction showing as for review is duplicate. You'll want to exclude it to avoid discrepancies. From the Banking/Transaction tab, select the transaction and click Exclude.

Also, you want to check the date or verify it in your statement. This transaction could be on the next statement that you haven't reconciled yet.
