Question

My Etsy accounts are no longer syncing with Quickbooks, this seems to have stopped around 7th February 2026. Anyone else experience this?

Ive checked the accounts are still in the Accounts section, I've even tried adding them again but I'm just getting error messages. I can't delete and re-add them without losing all previous data, which would skew my accounts.

To ensure we provide the most accurate resolution, could you please share the specific error message you're receiving along with any additional details?

 

I recommend contacting our Live Support team directly. They have the tools to securely access your account and investigate why the auto-sync has been interrupted since February 7, 2026. To reach them, go to the (?) Help icon > Contact Us > enter a brief description of your concern and click Continue > Choose how you would like to connect with them.

 

For now, you can manually upload your bank transactions in CSV format, along with your Etsy transactions, into QuickBooks. Once the sync starts working again and new transactions come through, you can review them and remove or exclude any duplicates to keep your records clean.
