My HSBC $ acct was not updating so QB said delete & re activate acct, but HSBC open banking doesn't offer $ acct - how do I re-add acct to manually upload info?

Thanks for your post. When you disconnect the live connection from your bank the account itself remains active, you can access this by going to Accounting from the left-menu > Chart of Accounts.

If you have made the account inactive here, you can re-activate this from the Chart of Accounts by selecting the small Cohwheel above 'Action' > Tick 'include inactive' > Select 'Make active' against the account. 

To upload transactions to this account, go to Transactions > File upload > Follow the on-screen steps to select the file and the account this will be imported to. 🙂
