May I know if you're getting any error messages? QuickBooks downloads the latest available transactions every night around 10 PM Pacific Time. Some may take a little longer. If so, you do a manual download. Here's how:
Go to Bookkeeping, select Transactions, then Banktransactions (Take me there).
Select Update.
If you're still getting the same issue. This may lie on the bank's end. You'll want to check your bank or credit card's website or if there isn't a major issue. To check, you can follow the steps below:
Go to Bookkeeping, select Transactions, then select Banktransactions (Take me there).
Select Link account. Note: You won’t add an account, you just need the listed URL.
Search for your bank and select it.
Copy the URL listed for your bank.
Sign in to your bank or credit card's website using the copied URL.
Then, double-check the following:
Check your account for messages, notifications, or alerts.
Look for any display issues as you navigate the website. These can block QuickBooks from downloading new transactions.
Check your bank’s website for any announcements about new security requirements.
Additionally, QuickBooks download the latest transaction automatically. Learn how it looks for a match with those you've already entered in QuickBooks.
