Question

My QuickBooks subscription had expired on iOS device but I want to setup a direct debut in which it wouldn’t allow me to do on the web what do I do from here ??

Thank you for posting here in Community, @pablo-jones1974.

 

We're unable to set up a direct debit or manage your billing using a browser once you subscribe your account through iOS.

 

As a workaround, you can use another payment method and renew your subscription through the browser.

 

However, you can manage your subscription on your iOS, just follow the steps:

 

  1. Go to your device's Settings menu.
  2. Select iTunes App Store
  3. Enter your Apple ID password.
  4. Under Subscription, choose Manage.
  5. Select your QuickBooks Online subscription, then make the changes you want.
