Open Banking - Paypal has not conencted for 7 days, but has a green tick, suggesting up to date - any ideas why it isn't working? I have pressed update.

Can you tell us the name of the bank that's connected to your account? This is for me to check if we have an open case about downloading banking transactions in the UK region. 

In the meantime, let's run some troubleshooting steps to check and see if a browser issue is preventing the bank account to connect.

To start with, let's open QuickBooks in a private window. It is the best place to identify any browser-related issues. You can follow these keyboard shortcuts to start an incognito session:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Shift + N

If it works, you can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. 

We also have the option to use a different browser. This is to further check if this is indeed caused by an issue in the current browser that you're using.
