QB Online Simple start. I am trying to match the transfer from etsy to bank account. I recorded a transfer etsy to bank. Etsy bank feed it's not matching the transfers.

You can only match a transfer if there's an existing transfer created or added in QuickBooks Online (QBO) as well. If it's already created, you can use the Find Match option to locate that specific transaction.

Here's how:

1. In QBO, go to the Banking menu at the left pane to get to the Banking page.
2. Tick the blue tile for the account, then proceed to the For Review tab.
3. Select the transfer and review the Records found or click Find Match if it's not there.
4. Choose the link next to each record to get more details.
5. Review the Deposit to field on the forms.
6. Once done, hit Match.
