The error 590 occurs if your Financial Institution updated their bank's website. You're able to fix this by updating the login information in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu.
  2. Choose the bank tile and at the upper-right, click the pencil icon. 
  3. Select Edit sign-in info
  4. Enter your user ID and password. 
  5. Click Save and connect.

Once resolved, go to the For Review tab to review your transactions. For more details, check out this article: Add and match downloaded bank transactions

 

However, if the error persists, I suggest reaching out to our QuickBooks Support Team. They have tools like screen-sharing that will help check the root cause and find a permanent solution to this issue.
