If it is, follow the steps below for your device to clear the app's cache:

 

For Android:

 

  1. Open the QBO app and tap the Menu icon.
  2. Click More Options (⋮) or go straight to Settings.
  3. Select Refresh Data and click Yes to confirm.

 

For iOS (iPhone):

 

  1. Open your iPhone's main Settings app.
  2. Navigate to General, then iPhone Storage.
  3. Scroll down and click QuickBooks Online.
  4. Hit Offload App.
