Hello woof1, thanks for reaching out to us on the Community page, are you getting any error messages or codes showing up at all? What bank is it and account type?
There’s no error message. The wheel spins to update, takes a while, says it’s done but no new transactions are showing. I’ve had no new transactions since the 31st August.
Thanks for that information Woof1, is there definitely transactions that should be coming through? The account in the system is not showing any errors on our side either.
