Are you redirected to an incorrect login page when attempting to connect the NatWest Offshore account? If so, we have an on-going investigation about this issue and our engineers are working on the permanent fix.
As a workaround, you can import your bank transactions using Excel CSV files.
Here's how:
Go to Banking on the left panel.
In the Banking section, click the Upload transactions button.
Select the file by clicking the Browse button.
Click Next.
Select the bank account from the drop-down menu.
Select Next.
Map the columns, make sure it matches what you have on the Excel file. Then, click Next.
Put a check mark on box of the transactions you want to import, and select Next. Then, select Yes when prompted to import.
Click the Let's go! button when the import is completed.
If you're still not able to link your bank account and encountered some errors, you can check out this page: Troubleshooting issues and errors. Select the Baking feeds under Topics and then find the error.
