Confirm your connection by clicking Agree. This opens up a new tab to your bank's online banking page.
On this page, follow the steps on your bank's online banking page to authorise QuickBooks to connect to your bank account. Once you have completed the log in process, you will automatically be taken back to QuickBooks.
On the QuickBooks page, select the bank accounts you want to connect, and which account they will link to in QuickBooks.
Select Connect.
I'll be sharing with you this write-up for your reference: Upgrade your bank feed connection to Open Banking. This will provide you more details on how this new connection works in QuickBooks Online.
However, if it's not on the list, I'd recommend visiting your bank's website and copy its URL. Then, paste it in the Connect an account window's search box. This will let you log in to your correct bank.
Here's how:
Go to the Banking menu.
Select the Add account button.
Past your bank's URL in the Connect an account search box.
Alternatively, you can use the WebConnect feature in QuickBooks Online to manually import your transactions and to correct the balance. You can refer to this article for detailed steps and instructions: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
Let me know the result of this troubleshooting in the comment below. I need to make sure this is resolved and you're back to running your normal business processing. Happy Holidays!
