In the meantime, verify that your bank is linked properly and the correct account is enabled by following these steps:
Click the Gear icon.
Select Manage connections.
Click the bank dropdown and make sure the account is toggled on.
After the connection is confirmed successful but no transactions appear, check your bank's website for any alerts or maintenance notifications that might affect syncing.
