May I know the name of the bank you use and whether any errors appear on your banking page? If you're unable to link your bank, it's possible that:
On our list, we have many names from your bank. Check that you've picked the proper listing or that you've tried all potential connections. Search by the banking sign-in URL to ensure the correct listing.
Your bank does not allow you to access all types of accounts (for example, personal vs. business accounts).
Your bank doesn't provide access to all sorts of accounts (for example, personal accounts vs. business accounts).
Your bank is undergoing system maintenance or is not a participating financial institution.
With that, I'd recommend contacting your bank to confirm any maintenance updates or requests to connect to QBO. If everything is in order, ensure to enter the right bank name when linking the account.
Additionally, the system occasionally behaves weirdly when the browser is loaded with outdated pages. These were also corrupted, which led to problems like the inability to link your account.
