We have received similar reports about the Lloyds Bank Business Banking couldn't set up sharing in which our Product team is working for a fix. 

 

While we're working on this, it would be best to get in touch with our Customer Care Team. They can add you to the list of affected users. 
 

Here's how to contact the Customer Support Team:

 

  1.     Click the Help icon on the top right.
  2.     Pick the Contact Us button at the bottom.
  3.     Enter a short description about your concern.
  4.     Hit on Let's talk.
  5.     Choose the method on how you'd be connected to support.
