Let’s go through some troubleshooting steps to show the missing bank statements in QuickBooks Desktop, Ritambillinger.

After importing the bank statements from Quicken, we need to convert them to show in QuickBooks Desktop. Here’s how:

  1. Go to File, select Utilities, then click Convert.
  2. Tap From Quicken.
  3. Select the Quicken file (.QDF) that you want to move.
  4. The Conversion Utility will guide you through the rest of the conversion.

For more details about the Conversion Utility, press F1 to access the Help window in your QuickBooks Desktop and type convert from Quicken. For more details about this one, check out this article: Convert Quicken data to QuickBooks Desktop.

If the same thing happens, we can manually download the missing bank transactions using Web Connect. Let me guide you on how:

  1. Open a web browser and go to your bank’s website.
  2. Sign in to your bank account using your normal process.
  3. Download your transactions as a QuickBooks Web Connect (.qbo) file.
  4. Every bank has a different method for downloading QuickBooks Web Connect files. If you're not sure how to do it, visit your bank's website and look for their steps. If you can't find any, reach out to your bank for help.
  5. Once you have the Web Connect file, follow the steps to import it into QuickBooks Desktop.

To learn more about this one, refer to this article: Download bank feed transactions in QuickBooks Desktop.

Thanks for joining the Community and getting involved with this thread, cyndiGar.

Since Intuit no longer owns Quicken, if you need support with any of their products, I'd recommend getting in touch with their support team. You can also check their website for the answers you're looking for.

I'll be here to help if there's any additional questions. Have a wonderful Monday!
