Let’s work together to ensure your bank account information is correctly synchronized with QuickBooks Online, Michael.
Before we begin, may I know if you've encountered some error code or message while doing the process? This way, we will be able to pinpoint the exact resolution regarding the issue you've encountered.
To start, we can verify the URL for your Chase bank account for any recent updates or changes on their official website. Once you have confirmed that you are on the correct site, carefully copy the link. Then, navigate to the QuickBooks Online (QBO) banking sign-in page and paste the copied URL in the designated field. Additionally, we can update your username, password, security questions, or multi-factor authentication settings to ensure they comply with your bank's specific requirements.
Follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to the Transactions, and select Banktransactions.
2. Select the bank or credit card account you need to update.
3. Tap Edit ✎.
4. Click Edit sign-in info.
