Anyone else having trouble syncing with Bank of America? This problem occurred recently and it took three weeks to resolve.

Moreover, if you're having issues finding or linking your bank account may be because of the following reasons:

• Your bank has multiple names on our list. 
• Your bank does not connect to all types of accounts.
• Your bank is not a participating financial institution.

To link your bank account to QBO, check if it's a participating financial institution by searching for its website URL on the Connect an account page. Follow the steps to connect to the right account:

1. Go to the Transactions menu, and go to the Banking tab.
2. If this is the first bank account you’ve set up, select Connect account. Or select Link account if you already created one.
3. In the Connect an account page's search field, enter the name of your bank, or preferably your bank's URL. 
4. Hit the Enter key.
5. When your bank appears on the list, select it and follow the on-screen steps to connect your credit card account.

We can sign in to your bank's website to check if your bank has scheduled maintenance that can prevent the software from pulling up transactions correctly. Here's how: 

1. Go to your bank or credit card's website.
2. Find the website by going to Bank transactions, then select Link account. Search for your bank, select it, and copy the listed URL.
3. Sign in to your bank or credit card's website.
4. Check your account for display issues, messages, notifications, new security requirements, or alerts.
5. If everything looks good, select Update on the Bank transactions page.

I’ve been dealing with the same issue recently. After speaking with three different tech support/customer service representatives and spending over two hours with them, there is still no resolution.
