We can check your bank's website to see if there are any issue notifications, alerts, or ongoing website maintenance causing problems with the update.
If you changed or updated any information on your bank’s end, like your account number, username, or password, update that info in QuickBooks as well.
Go to Transactions, then BankTransactions.
Select the tile for the bank account. Then select Edit.
