Attempting to link a bank. it shows 3 variations of the bank: personal, corporate and business, however the url is old. how do we get QB to update to the correct url?

While we continuously work to ensure our bank connection database is up to date, you can still connect your bank to QuickBooks by entering the correct URL into the search bar. You can follow these steps to do so:

1. On the left navigation panel, go to Transactions.
2. In the Bank transactions tab, navigate to the Link account button.
3. Enter the bank's URL on the search bar.

After that, just follow the steps under Step 1 in this article: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.

Once you’ve made the connection, your transactions will automatically download! Just remember to categorize them to ensure they’re in the right accounts.

AnneMarie - how do we let QB know of the URL that you need to update to so that users of that bank do not all have to do this.  Our FI just updated a URL and am trying proactively to let QB know what it is so you may update your system
