Bank Deposit screen: Account dropdown empty, Received From and Payment Method fields also empty in Sandbox Company

In the Bank Deposit screen, I am facing multiple issues in Sandbox Company (Sandbox_US_3):

  1. Account dropdown — Only shows "+ Add new account". Existing bank accounts from Chart of Accounts are not appearing.
  2. Received From field — Dropdown is empty, no customers or vendors are showing.
  3. Payment Method field — Dropdown is empty, no payment methods (Cash, Check, Credit Card etc.) are showing.

Since the issue is occurring specifically within a sandbox company, I recommend posting your concerns in the Intuit Developer Forum. Our engineers from there have access to the sandbox system. They can help you check why it's failing to load the default sample data.

1. Go to the Intuit Developer Support website.
2. Select QuickBooks Online.
3. Click Ask a Question and follow the onscreen instructions to post your concern.
